Challenge: Cobb Hill Construction, an award-winning signature builder in New Hampshire, recognized the need to streamline their brand identity and build stronger brand recognition throughout the community.

Recommended Strategy: Millennium recommended a powerful new brand with a clean, sophisticated look and feel that portrayed the high-class work that Cobb Hill Construction provides. Millennium initiated the rebrand with the development of a corporate brochure and relating project datasheets.

Millennium then designed an integrated marketing campaign that included an interactive, highly professional website with search engine optimization (SEO), an impressive portfolio, testimonials, and interactive media. The strategy also called for a highly-focused print ad campaign in statewide publications, supported through sponsorships for community organizations and national and regional earned media campaigns in key industry publications
