Professional Bio:
Dawna M. Roberts began her career of diverse programming knowledge seventeen years ago developing database software. As technology evolved, the desktop model migrated to interactive online applications, in which Dawna now specializes.
In order to stay on top of emerging technologies and remain versatile, Dawna has cultivated outstanding skills in PHP, SQL Server, mySQL, ASP, JavaScript, CSS, XHTML, XML, Flash, VB Script, AJAX and jQuery, as well as a variety of CMS systems (Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal, etc.). She continues to build upon these skills as well as seeking out new and innovative solutions to online challenges.
During her career, she has had the privilege to develop and maintain sites and applications for large, high profile, international clients. While working for TideWatch, she worked on ESPN, Disney, Hershey’s, National Geographic and other high-profile clients. As she has proven to be quite efficient, adept, and timely, she continues to receive repeat business requesting her expertise in particular. Dawna focuses on web compliance and structural integrity. Combining rich interactivity for the user and pleasing aesthetics, she continues to generate remarkably appealing, unique and professional creations. She has a keen eye for design, enabling her to envision the types of details, such as colors, fonts and graphics that will draw a customer’s attention in online businesses.
Dawna has a Bachelor of Science in Business/E-Commerce from the University of Phoenix – 2002, with a 3.95 GPA.
Getting a Little Personal:
Dawna is a happily single mom of a fantastic teenager; we are the original Gillmore Girls, best buddies. When she’s not working, which is almost always, Dawna likes reading, creative writing, visiting the lake and spending time with friends and family, oh and mowing my lawn.

Hamburger 100%, I am very particular about food.
Would you rather live at the beach, in the mountains, or in a city?
The mountains.
What is on your iPod/CD player right now?
4000 songs from the 60’s, 70’s, 80’s and 90’s. My favorites are Paul Simon (with and without Art Garfunkel), Susan Tedechi, and everything in between.
What time do you wake up in the morning?
6:30 like clockwork, without the clock.
What is your biggest Pet-Peeve?
Selfishness and arrogance, it’s a toss up.
Can you juggle?
Not very well.
Favorite Book?
The Thorn Birds – read it when I was 17 and again a few years ago. I love everything by Anita Shreve and Donna Tartte.
